Civica Group is a conceptual corporate brand in the sustainable urban development industry. The goal of this project was to create an engaging annual report aligned with Civica’s branding, while presenting complex information in a clear, accessible way. The challenge was to design layouts that balanced readability with visual appeal, incorporating infographics that made financial and milestone data easy to digest for a professional audience.

Branding
Civica is a forward-thinking brand, dedicated to sustainability and building a better future for all. Its visual identity uses bright, saturated colours paired with deeper earth tones to reflect both optimism and grounded stability. The typography combines simple sans serifs, chosen to echo the clean silhouettes of its architectural projects.
Deliverables
The main deliverables for this project included a full annual report design, custom data visualisations, and the supporting brand system. By applying Civica’s bold brand colours, I created pie, line, and bar graphs that are both visually engaging and optimistic, reinforcing the company’s positive performance and forward-thinking identity.






Final Outcome & Impact
The result is a lively, brand-aligned annual report that transforms complex data into a clear and engaging narrative. This project allowed me to strengthen my skills in working with a set brand identity while creating engaging visual elements to communicate key information. I drew on my proficiency in Adobe Suite to produce a cohesive, brand-ready report.
