Civica Group is a conceptual corporate brand in the sustainable urban development industry. Their work focuses on building environmentally conscious, future-ready communities through innovation and long-term planning.
Objective
The goal was to create an engaging annual report that presented data-heavy information in a clear and accessible way, while staying aligned with Civica’s bold and optimistic brand identity. In addition to the print report, Civica required a responsive landing page that translated the same information into a modern digital experience.
Impact & Design Results
This project resulted in a cohesive brand-aligned annual report, custom bar, line, and pie graphs, and both desktop and mobile landing page concepts designed in Figma. The work strengthened my ability to design within a structured brand system and translate complex information into clear layouts across both print and digital platforms.

Its visual identity uses bright, saturated colours paired with deeper earth tones to reflect both optimism and grounded stability. The typography combines simple sans serifs, chosen to echo the clean silhouettes of its architectural projects.

The main deliverables for this project included a full annual report design, custom data visualisations, and a conceptual landing page designed in Figma. By applying Civica’s bold brand colours and structured typography, I developed layouts and visual elements that balance accessibility with impact, ensuring a consistent look and feel across print and digital contexts.
